Scarlet

The Scarlett blogger template is very easy when come to setting up the menu. In your Page Element in Page Layout you can see there are two tabs for menu. They are the Top Menu and Category Menu.

Either you want to use both or spare one for other purpose (for example for adsense), it's up to you. What you need is just to copy the following code and paste it into either of that tab. Don't forget to edit the text saying "YOUR-LINK-LOCATION-HERE" with the actual link for your menu.
